My story.

I’m a digital marketer with an international perspective, connecting campaign strategy, creative production, partnerships and people to bring ideas from planning through delivery.

My marketing journey started in Ravenna, Italy, where I earned an International Marketing diploma at ITC Ginanni, graduating with 99/100. In 2023, I began studying Digital Marketing at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

An Erasmus exchange at the University of Agder brought me to Kristiansand in 2024. Studying business in Norway added another perspective to my education—and became the beginning of a new professional chapter.

Today, I’m Chief Marketing Officer at BASS RAVE AS, leading marketing for the Solbrent and Frostbitt festivals. My work spans brand communication, multichannel campaigns, audience development and strategic partnerships, bringing together creative teams and collaborators.

What interests me most about marketing is its connection to the bigger picture of a business. I enjoy building relationships with partners, bringing people together, coordinating operations, and finding effective ways to organize resources and achieve shared objectives. I’m particularly energized by dynamic environments where I can combine creativity, leadership and strategic thinking.

Inspired by my Erasmus experience, I decided to remain in Norway to pursue professional opportunities and build my career in an international environment. Studying and working abroad has given me adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills and an open-minded approach to solving challenges.

Alongside festival marketing, my role at NORD Gifts Markens keeps me connected with international visitors through personal service and local tourism guidance. Earlier work with JEMORE gave me hands-on experience helping Italian businesses with digital marketing.
